Serviced Residences – Your choice accommodation for next holiday

It is time to plan another holiday to give relaxation both for my body and mind. Choosing a proper accommodation becomes one of the major parts in the intended destination. Many options are available in the market depending on how much you want to spend on lodging.

Serviced Residences or also known as Serviced Apartments can become an option to consider, be it for a vacation in Indonesia or overseas.

What are Serviced Residences?

Serviced Residences are accommodation with apartments concept providing with facilities and services like hotels. Staying at Serviced Residences will give you a different experience yet definitely nice.

Here is some information on Serviced Residences facilities as references when you choose an accommodation on your next holiday.

• Plan to bring a lot of items or do lots shopping? Well….you do not need to worry. When staying at Serviced Residences, there are plenty spaces from bedroom, living room, dining room or some also provides storage.  This will be comfortable for everyone, you, family and friends.
• Tired of eating out or find difficulty to buy suitable or halal foods.  A complete kitchen appliance with big fridge will be part of the facilities.  You can cook your favorite foods or entertain your friends with your special cuisines.
• Washing machine is also available so you can easily “Do It Yourself” laundry and keep your holiday clothes clean and fresh.

As for me, I like staying in Serviced Residences during holiday, because the price is relatively reasonable and yet, I will get spacious room, easy for me to move around with complete facilities, especially kitchen facilities allowing me to warm up some foods and store my fruits and juices.

When you plan to book a unit at your preferred Serviced Residences, ask the following questions to get better information,

Do they offer Housekeeping service?

Depending on the destination, not all Serviced Residences offer daily housekeeping services.  Some offer every 2 or 3 days or a particular day housekeeping service.  Self service garbage drop will be usually available in each corridor.

Do they have Swimming pool and fitness center facilities?

Not all Serviced Residences have these facilities.  So, depending on your holiday agenda, will these facilities become your major part of your schedule.

What Food and Beverage facilities are available?

With complete kitchen facilities, some Serviced Residences will only have limited Food and Beverage facilities. Depending on destination, usually simple breakfast is served but enough to start your activities.
