Explore the Making of Harry Potter Studio Tour in England

During my holiday trip back in November 2017 with my parents and sister to England, visiting Warner Bros. Studios Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter was one of my lists. The place is located in Leavesden, Hertfordshire, and it was approximately an hour journey from London by train. It was definitely a fun trip and a memorable one.

Although, with the current situation, travelling may still be restricted, there is nothing wrong to plan and prepare, isn’t it? So, here are some points you may need to know when planning to visit Warner Bros. Studios Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter.

1. Travelling from London

At that time, I took a train from London Euston to reach Watford Junction (this is the nearest railway station of The Making of Harry Porter Studio).  Once you are in Watford Junction, then take an official Harry Potter Studio shuttle bus to bring you to the Studio.

2. Book the ticket in advance

Many people are interested to go to Warner Bros. Studios Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter, so sometimes, the ticket can be sold out.  To ensure that you get the ticket and book the preferred time, you can purchase the ticket via online in advance.

3. Arrive early and Be on time

It is suggestable to arrive earlier from the booking time since you will need to exchange the ticket with some possible queuing. The tour will usually start in the beginning, so it is good to be on time able to enjoy the whole session.

 4. Explore the studio

Once the tour ends, you can then explore the studio yourself visiting several venues, take some pictures with your own camera or even with their professional photographer.  Since they have so many fun and exciting venues, so be flexible with the timing, means you might need to consider not making any other plans on that day.

5. Butterbeer and souvenirs

Don’t forget to try the famous Butterbeer, a popular wizarding beverage.  You can buy the drink and bring home the drinking glass for good memories.  Buying some souvenirs are not something you want to miss.  Check the souvenir store before going home to add your collection.

6. Check the weather

England’s weather is unpredictable so do check on this in advance.  In November 2017 when I visited the place, the weather was already cold and sometimes, the temperature reached below zero in the evening because of the wind.  I had my jacket, boots, gloves and hat ready to keep me warm.
